What materials are used to create your work?
Acrylic, mixed media, and a few things I have absolutely no intention of putting on the internet. There’s a story behind how I found my process, and that story will be told. The recipe, however, remains a trade secret.

When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines vary depending on what you purchase. Original artwork and vintage lighting are fulfilled directly by The Eye of Ingrid and are typically prepared for shipment within 7-14 business days. Prints, apparel, and other partner-fulfilled products are produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners, and their processing and delivery times will also vary. Estimated shipping information will be provided at checkout when available. If an unexpected delay affects an order fulfilled by The Eye of Ingrid, you’ll hear from us directly. Please see our Shipping Policy for complete details.s

Are prints of your original artwork available?
Yes, with one important distinction: I do not make reproductions of my original paintings. Every original remains exactly that—an original, one-of-one work of art. Prints are created separately as digital artwork drawn by me. They may be inspired by an original painting, but they will never be an exact copy of it.
-
How do I care for my Eye of Ingrid original?
A little care goes a long way. Keep your original out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat, humidity, and moisture. When dusting is necessary, use a clean, dry microfiber cloth with a very light touch. Never use water, cleaning products, or chemicals on the artwork. If you’re ever unsure about how to care for your piece, please contact us before attempting to clean it.
-
Are your originals one of a kind?
Always. Every original painting by The Eye of Ingrid is a one-of-one work of art and will never be recreated. Ideas, subjects, colors, or themes may appear as future work, but never as a reproduction of an existing original. When you collect an original, you are collecting the only one that will ever exist.
-
How will my original artwork be delivered?
Original artwork is handled with the same level of care with which it was created. Rather than relying on standard parcel shipping, originals may be transported by a specialized art delivery service within the contiguous United States. Delivery arrangements and timing will vary by destination, and any applicable details will be communicated directly after purchase. At this time, original artwork is available for delivery within the contiguous United States only.
-
Do you sell frames for your original artwork?
Unless otherwise noted in the individual listing, original paintings are sold unframed. The edges of each canvas are intentionally finished as part of the work, allowing the piece to be displayed beautifully with or without a frame. Should you choose to frame your original, framing can be selected to complement both the artwork and your space.
-
Will you always have paintings available in your shop?
Not necessarily. Every original is one of a kind, and new work will be released as it’s ready rather than created simply to keep the shop stocked. Once an original has been collected, it’s gone for good. Upcoming releases will be announced through The Eye of Ingrid and The Eye Opens™.

How are your vintage pieces shipped or delivered?
Shipping and delivery arrangements for vintage pieces vary depending on their size, weight, fragility, and destination of each item. Larger or particularly fragile pieces may require specialized delivery rather than standard parcel shipping. Available delivery options and any applicable costs will be provided before your order is finalized. At this time, studio-fulfilled vintage pieces are available for delivery within the contiguous United States only.
