TERMS OF USE
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
Welcome to The Eye of Ingrid™
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.theeyeofingrid.com (the "Website"), including any purchases made through the Website and any products, services, digital content, or communications offered by The Eye of Ingrid™.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of this Website.
These Terms are intended to provide clarity for both you and The Eye of Ingrid so that every interaction is built upon transparency, respect, and a shared understanding of our policies.
1. About The Eye of Ingrid™
This Website is owned and operated by The Eye of Ingrid™ LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("The Eye of Ingrid," "we," "our," or "us").
The Eye of Ingrid™ creates original artwork, limited-edition fine art prints, vintage lighting, vintage furniture, collectible home décor, books, digital products, print-on-demand merchandise, and future creative collections.
Every effort is made to accurately represent our work while maintaining the artistic integrity that defines our studio.
Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to:
hello@theeyeofingrid.com
Customer support is provided exclusively by email.
To ensure thoughtful and consistent service, customer support is not provided through social media comments, direct messages, or third-party messaging platforms.
We strive to respond to email inquiries within five (5) business days, although response times may vary depending upon studio production schedules, travel, exhibitions, holidays, or unusually high inquiry volume.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
If you are placing an order on behalf of another individual or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, every element of this Website is owned exclusively by The Eye of Ingrid™.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Original artwork
Paintings
Illustrations
Designs
Product photography
Logos
Branding
Text
Graphics
Digital downloads
Layouts
Videos
Written content
Product descriptions
Website design elements
Creative concepts
These materials are protected by United States copyright law, trademark law, trade dress law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing artwork, merchandise, prints, or digital products does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, licensing rights, merchandising rights, or reproduction rights.
Unless you receive our prior written permission, you may not:
reproduce our artwork;
scan, photograph, or digitally reproduce artwork for commercial purposes;
manufacture products featuring our artwork;
create derivative works;
sell reproductions;
license our artwork to third parties;
scrape, harvest, or copy Website content;
use our artwork or Website content to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, image generators, or similar technologies;
remove copyright notices or branding;
commercially exploit any portion of the Website.
Collectors are, of course, encouraged to display and enjoy artwork they purchase in their homes, businesses, or private collections.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use
The artwork, photographs, written content, designs, branding, product descriptions, and other materials displayed on this Website are the intellectual property of The Eye of Ingrid™.
Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not use, reproduce, copy, scrape, harvest, download, or otherwise exploit any content from this Website for the purpose of training, developing, testing, improving, or operating artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, image generation systems, datasets, or similar automated technologies.
This prohibition applies whether the collection is performed manually or through automated means, including bots, crawlers, scraping tools, browser extensions, or other software.
Nothing in these Terms grants any license—express or implied—to use the content of this Website for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes.
Unauthorized use of our content for these purposes may violate copyright law, contract law, and other applicable laws.
5. Original Artwork
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works created by The Eye of Ingrid™.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
each original artwork is unique;
each original includes a Certificate of Authenticity;
ownership of the physical artwork transfers upon completed payment and delivery;
all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with The Eye of Ingrid.
Ownership of an original painting does not include the right to reproduce it, manufacture products featuring it, publish it commercially, or license it to others.
Any transfer of copyright must be made separately in a written agreement signed by The Eye of Ingrid™.
6. Limited Edition Prints
Limited-edition prints are intentionally produced in finite quantities.
Edition sizes, release schedules, retirement decisions, pricing, availability, and future offerings are determined solely by The Eye of Ingrid™.
Once an edition has been retired, that specific edition is considered permanently closed and will not be reproduced in that edition size.
Nothing in this policy prevents The Eye of Ingrid™ from creating future original works featuring similar subjects, themes, colors, or artistic inspiration unless expressly stated otherwise.
Collectors acknowledge that the limited nature of these editions is part of their collectible value.
7. Vintage Collections
Vintage lighting, furniture, and decorative objects are sold as collectible pieces.
Because vintage items have lived previous lives, they should be expected to display characteristics consistent with age and prior ownership.
These characteristics may include:
minor wear;
patina;
finish variations;
repairs;
manufacturing irregularities;
age-related imperfections;
variations in materials.
These characteristics are considered part of the item's authenticity and are not defects.
Whenever reasonably possible, known condition issues will be disclosed in product descriptions and photographs.
Because many vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind or difficult to replace, availability cannot be guaranteed once an item has been sold.
8. Digital Products
The Eye of Ingrid may offer digital products for purchase or download, including but not limited to digital artwork, wallpapers, printable files, planners, coloring pages, templates, educational materials, and other downloadable content.
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are licensed—not sold—to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Share digital files with others;
Resell digital files;
Redistribute digital files;
Modify digital files for resale;
Upload digital files to file-sharing websites;
Claim digital files as your own work;
Use digital files for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are final.
9. Print-on-Demand Products
Certain products offered through the Website may be manufactured by trusted third-party production partners after an order is placed.
These products may include, but are not limited to:
Apparel
Tote bags
Mugs
Pillows
Stationery
Home décor
Other printed merchandise
Because these products are created specifically for each customer after purchase, slight variations in color, placement, texture, size, and print alignment may occur.
These variations are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Additional information regarding print-on-demand fulfillment may be found in our Shipping Policy.
10. Handmade Products
Many products sold by The Eye of Ingrid™ are created or restored by hand.
As a result, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Handmade work naturally includes subtle variations in:
Color
Texture
Brushwork
Resin movement
Surface characteristics
Finish
Material appearance
Handcrafted details
These variations are not flaws.
Rather, they are part of the individuality, authenticity, and artistic character of each piece.
11. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed.
Although we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur.
If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout, where required by law.
12. Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability;
Pricing errors;
Suspected fraud;
Payment issues;
Violation of these Terms;
Shipping restrictions;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund using the original payment method.
13. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
The Eye of Ingrid does not store complete payment card information. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.
14. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Original artwork, vintage items, and handmade works may require additional preparation time due to custom packaging, curing times, protective crating, or other handling procedures intended to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
The Eye of Ingrid™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Additional shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.
15. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
If a package appears visibly damaged upon arrival, customers should photograph the packaging and contents before opening whenever reasonably possible.
If damage is discovered after opening, customers should notify The Eye of Ingrid™ as soon as reasonably practicable and include clear photographs of:
The shipping box;
Protective packaging;
Shipping label;
Damaged item;
Any visible damage.
Providing prompt documentation helps us evaluate potential shipping claims.
Submission of photographs does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement, but allows us to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
16. Final Sales
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.
Because many products are one-of-a-kind, handmade, made-to-order, digitally delivered, or limited in quantity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on:
Change of mind;
Personal preference;
Color variations between screens;
Minor handmade variations;
Buyer's remorse;
Incorrect size selection;
Delayed delivery caused by third parties.
Additional details regarding returns and final sale policies may be found in our Final Sale Policy.
17. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights of others or the operation of the Website.
You agree that you will not:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its servers;
Interfere with the security or functionality of the Website;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
Use automated tools, bots, spiders, or scripts to scrape or harvest Website content without our written permission;

Impersonate another person or entity;
Use the Website for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for users who violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to The Eye of Ingrid, our customers, or the operation of the Website.
18. User Submissions
If you voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, comments, emails, photographs, or other content to The Eye of Ingrid, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit that content.
By submitting content, you grant The Eye of Ingrid™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that content for lawful business purposes, including marketing and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right—but not the obligation—to remove or decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through public channels.

Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Eye of Ingrid™ makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that:
The Website will always be available;
The Website will be error-free;
The Website will be secure at all times;

Artwork is inherently subjective, and individual preferences regarding color, texture, scale, or artistic style may vary.
Reasonable differences between photographs displayed on electronic devices and the appearance of physical artwork may occur due to differences in monitors, screens, browsers, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Eye of Ingrid™, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the Website;

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Indemnification

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website, your use of the Website, or any purchase from The Eye of Ingrid™ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Subject to any applicable law requiring otherwise, the parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
26. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver of a provision of these Terms must be made expressly in writing and shall apply only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
