FINAL SALE POLICY
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
Every purchase from The Eye of Ingrid™ is made with the expectation that it has been chosen thoughtfully and intentionally.
Because many of our works are one of a kind, handmade, restored, limited in quantity, or created specifically for each collector, all sales are considered final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This Final Sale Policy explains our policies regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, and related matters.
We encourage collectors to review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before placing an order. We are always happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed purchasing decision.
1. Thoughtful Collecting
At The Eye of Ingrid™, we believe in thoughtful collecting.
Our goal is not to encourage impulse purchases, but rather to help collectors acquire artwork and objects they genuinely connect with and intend to enjoy for years to come.
If you have questions regarding dimensions, colors, materials, finishes, framing, lighting, condition, or any other aspect of a product, we encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.
2. Studio-Fulfilled Products
Unless otherwise required by law, the following products are final sale:
Original paintings
Vintage lighting
Vintage furniture
Vintage décor
Handmade studio pieces
ChromaLume™ lamps
Metallic limited-edition fine art prints shipped directly by The Eye of Ingrid™
Other studio-fulfilled products identified as final sale
These items may not be returned, exchanged, or canceled after an order has been placed.
Because many of these works are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities, replacements may not be available.
3. Partner-Fulfilled Products
Certain products are manufactured and fulfilled by trusted production partners after an order is placed.
These products may include:
Print-on-demand apparel
Drinkware
Home goods
Select fine art prints
Other made-to-order merchandise
Because these products are created specifically for each order, they are also considered final sale.
Returns, replacements, or refunds may be available only in cases involving verified manufacturing defects, production errors, or shipping damage, and will be handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable fulfillment partner.
The Eye of Ingrid™ reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution in coordination with the fulfillment partner when such issues arise.
4. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be returned after delivery, all digital purchases are final.
Digital products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have been placed.
Because many of our products are one of a kind, limited in quantity, handmade, made to order, or begin processing shortly after purchase, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
We encourage collectors to carefully review their selections before completing checkout. Because many of our works are unique or produced in limited quantities, placing an order reserves that piece for you and removes it from availability to other collectors.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, The Eye of Ingrid™ does not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy applies to studio-fulfilled products, partner-fulfilled products, and digital products, except as otherwise stated in this policy or where required by law.
We recognize that purchasing original artwork and collectible objects is a meaningful decision. For that reason, we encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if additional photographs, measurements, or product information would help inform their decision.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify The Eye of Ingrid™ within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
To help us evaluate the situation, please:
Photograph the damaged item.
Photograph the shipping container.
Photograph the packing materials.
Photograph the shipping label.
Retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Prompt documentation greatly improves our ability to work with shipping carriers, insurance providers, or fulfillment partners when applicable.
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to assist with certain claims.
8. Manufacturing Defects
For partner-fulfilled products, verified manufacturing defects or production errors may qualify for replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Examples may include:
Incorrect item received;
Incorrect design printed;
Significant manufacturing defects;
Printing errors;
Damage occurring during production.
Requests involving manufacturing defects may require photographs and additional information.
The Eye of Ingrid™ reserves the right to coordinate directly with the fulfillment partner in determining the most appropriate resolution.
9. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
For studio-fulfilled products, we will work with the applicable shipping carrier or transportation provider to investigate the shipment.
For partner-fulfilled products, we will work with the fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate next steps.
While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed until the applicable investigation has been completed.
10. Refused Deliveries
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned because delivery could not be completed may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment can be arranged.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.
11. Limited Availability
Many products offered by The Eye of Ingrid™ are produced in limited quantities or are completely one of a kind.
As a result, identical replacements may not be available.
If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, The Eye of Ingrid™ will determine an appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances, applicable insurance coverage, fulfillment partner policies, and applicable law.
12. Chargebacks
The Eye of Ingrid™ is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and professionally.
If you have a question regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your credit card company or financial institution.
Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using available documentation, including but not limited to:
Order confirmations;
Payment records;
Shipping records;
Delivery confirmations;
Signature confirmations (when applicable);
Email communications;
Photographs;
Other relevant documentation.
The Eye of Ingrid™ reserves all rights to pursue available remedies in response to fraudulent payment disputes.
13. Fraud Prevention
To help protect our collectors and our business, The Eye of Ingrid™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay orders that reasonably appear to involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, identity theft, or other suspicious activity.
Additional verification may be requested before certain orders are accepted or shipped.
If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled and any authorized payment refunded to the original payment method.
14. Changes to This Final Sale Policy
The Eye of Ingrid™ may update this Final Sale Policy from time to time as our business, fulfillment methods, products, or legal obligations evolve.
Any revised policy will be posted on this Website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
We encourage customers to review this policy before making a purchase.
